Hi, my name is Anna and I am a fully qualified life coach and NLP practitioner with Distinction from The Coaching Academy. I have been facilitating programs to help guests on the path to overcoming insomnia and coaching and guiding towards the best night's rest you can possibly achieve.
Throughout the course we will look at the ways our schedules can be adapted to optimise our sleep quality as well as the personal patterns and habits that could be affecting your sleep cycle.
The course will cover the impact of food, exercise, thought patterns and external factors on our sleep and how we can begin to create a level of stability by setting and keeping to daily routines, which allow us to have more restful sleep. There is also a highly effective focus on the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to manage sleep restriction to reset participants sleep hygiene.
This course will enable participants to walk away feeling more refreshed, energised and confident about their sleep for the future.
