Stretch your mind as well as your body and start the morning with a gentle, friendly class focused on mindful movement, relaxation and mobility.

Who's this class for?

  • Everyone and anyone
  • Want to develop and refine your yoga skills, and get a sense of purpose
  • Wanting relief from the hustle and bustle of daily life

Benefits of Yoga, a multicomponent exercise, include:

  • Improving balance
  • Improving strength
  • Improving flexibility
  • Improving mental wellbeing
  • Maintaining cognition

  • Preventing falls.

WHO recommends that people 65 years or older you should aim to do multicomponent exercise at least 3 times a week. If you are new to any exercise, start by doing small amounts and adjust how much you do based on your fitness and strength levels.
