If you’re living with pain, make sure you explore your options.

"During the course of our life up to half of us will face chronic pain at some point."

- Dr David Reilly

If you water a plant, its natural response is to thrive and grow. It's an innate reaction which proves that life responds to nurture.

This is the thinking of Dr David Reilly, an NHS doctor for over 40 years, who maintains that in some cases it's possible for us to trigger our own healing responses. His approach has been shown to achieve significant long-term, wellness enhancement and he'll be talking about it in our online event, Living with Pain - An Exploration, on Sunday, August 27th from 2pm - 4.30pm.

This special event also features psychotherapist, Hannah Jackson, and Tai Chi instructor, Andy Yau.
