Join us on 15 September as Miranda chats to Lucinda about her latest book, Good Morning Rituals and about her career in general. Good Morning Rituals is about living your morning with mindful awareness rather than rushing through it in a blur of busyness. It’s a small but wise hardback filled with short tips and inspiring quotes, for anyone in need of some simple rituals to anchor their morning with peace and purpose. However busy you are, this book will help you with providing the scaffolding to help you start your day with calmness, clarity and appreciation, and being present in this one day. Make coming to this Inside Story your act of kindness to yourself!
