Introducing the Experts...

Zoe Wyrko is Well-being Director at Riverstone. Riverstone provides hi-spec, healthy living for people over 65 in the London area. As such Zoe is focussed on helping people to stay as well as they can and to age in the way that they want to. Within Riverstone’s residences, and under Zoe’s direction the team takes a biopsychosocial (or mind, body and soul) approach to getting older; bringing wellbeing into every aspect of Riverstone’s business from how new developments are acquired through to the design and management of each residence.

Under Zoe’s direction Riverstone is breaking new ground in the Integrated Retirement Community field. Zoe continues to research and study what works for older people, so that all can benefit, regardless of where they live.

Zoe is also a popular public speaker, sharing her knowledge and expertise and has taken part in two, award-winning television series. In the first part of her career, Zoe was a Consultant Geriatrician in the NHS which led her to set up services to provide excellent healthcare and support to older people where and when they needed it.

Loren Barclay

Loren Barclay

My passion for movement and physical expression found its initial outlet in dance, eventually guiding me towards pursuing a professional Dance Degree. During this journey, I delved into the significance of technique, posture, and intricately examined the biomechanics and physiology of the human body.

Amidst this dedicated focus on the physical and scientific aspects, my childhood exposure to chronic illness instilled in me a holistic perception of well-being. This background ignited a strong aspiration to facilitate body-mind healing in others, propelling me towards an exploration of natural healing methods.

These twin influences significantly shape my teaching approach, prompting me to consistently challenge my comprehension of both science and natural health. This ongoing quest ensures that my teachings harmoniously integrate these realms, creating a secure and enriching healing experience for all.

Anna Campkin

Anna Campkin

I'm Anna, a London-based coach, presenter, trainer, and actress who's passionate about nature, yoga, and healthy living. I believe in the power of positive thinking and action to shape the life we desire. Drawing from self-enlightenment literature and personal experience, I empower individuals to conquer inner obstacles and uncover themselves.

My coaching journey began with recognizing the growth potential in acting and presenting. This led me to life coaching, a tool that helps guide people beyond comfort zones for transformation. Amidst the pandemic, I expanded my reach through online workshops, fostering resilience, mindfulness, and development.

Excited to share insights, I'm here to witness the positive impact as people regain control of their lives and businesses. Coaching means unlocking potential, reviving forgotten skills, and embracing self-empowerment. I'll be your companion, but the journey is about personal growth and empowerment.
