Claudia le Feuvre
Claudia le Feuvre, a seasoned Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach with 16 years of clinical experience, is a dynamic force in both practice and education. As a lecturer at The British College of Nutrition & Health and The Nutritional Healing Foundation, she shares her wealth of knowledge. Joining the Goldster team two years ago, Claudia leads classes every Wednesday and Friday.
An accomplished public speaker, Claudia is passionate about making nutrition enjoyable and practical. Her impact extends beyond the clinic, having helped numerous individuals transform their health through inspired dietary changes. Claudia le Feuvre's commitment to health and wellness is evident in her multifaceted contributions to education and clinical practice, creating lasting positive changes for her clients.
Isabel Leming
Isabel comes from a psychology and neuroscience background and has worked in various clinical roles supporting patients after suffering from stroke or brain injury, as well as supporting specialist mental health services.
Isabel supports patients and clinical services to integrate innovative & non-pharmalogical interventions in to their health care.
Born and raised in Athens, Greece, Lina fulfilled her dream of moving to London to pursue a career in fitness. A Psychology graduate, she also holds certifications in fitness, nutrition, and life coaching. Lina, an international Zumba® presenter and Jammer, loves working closely with students to help them achieve fitness goals.
Her qualifications include a Degree in Psychology from the University of Athens (with honors), a Graduate Certificate in Applied Counseling & Communication Skills (THACE), and a Personal & Group Training Certification (EREPS EQF Level 4).
Jen Shackleton is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and an Advanced Practitioner in the Emotional Freedom Technique.
She combines personal development coaching and therapeutic change work with her teaching career in primary education and her fitness business.
