Dr Linda de Caestecker
Linda was a public health doctor for 30 years laterally as Director of Public Health in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, an area with major health challenges due to poverty and deprivation. She has retained a special interest in women’s health having had a clinical background in obstetrics and gynaecology. She is now enjoying working with Goldster on prevention and management of chronic conditions. She is also an adviser to Scottish Government and is a Board member of Community Justice Scotland and Glasgow City Mission.
Professor Scarlett McNally
Professor Scarlett McNally is a consultant orthopaedic Surgeon at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, President of the Medical Women's Federation, deputy director of the Centre for Perioperative Care and Honorary Clinical Professor at Brighton and Sussex Medical School.
She is the current President of the Medical Women’s Federation (still stunned by how different the experience is for women) and previously an elected Council member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (2011-2021, the ninth woman ever). Scarlett has an MA in Clinical Education, an MBA in Health Service Management and is a BMJ columnist.
Claudia le Feuvre
Claudia le Feuvre, a seasoned Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach with 16 years of clinical experience, is a dynamic force in both practice and education. As a lecturer at The British College of Nutrition & Health and The Nutritional Healing Foundation, she shares her wealth of knowledge. Joining the Goldster team two years ago, Claudia leads classes every Wednesday and Friday.
An accomplished public speaker, Claudia is passionate about making nutrition enjoyable and practical. Her impact extends beyond the clinic, having helped numerous individuals transform their health through inspired dietary changes. Claudia le Feuvre's commitment to health and wellness is evident in her multifaceted contributions to education and clinical practice, creating lasting positive changes for her clients.
In the realm of personal fitness, James emerges as a highly dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer. A firm believer in the significance of staying abreast of exercise science and its dynamic advancements, James approaches his own education with unwavering seriousness.
With a wealth of experience in injury recovery and supporting people with conditions such as arthritis, James, has a proven results with helping people become more confident and able in their movement.
International Success & Happiness Psychologist, Kath Temple, is a warm, inspiring, positive powerhouse award-winning entrepreneur! She founded The Happiness Foundation UK, The Happiness Foundation Gibraltar, she's on the Executive Board of EFT International, and Help Me Learn Africa.
Kath's qualifications include a Master of Science, Occupational & Organisational Psychology (Distinction), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours (First Class Degree), a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Solution-Focused Psychotherapy extensive training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), teaching, counselling and stress management. She is so well qualified, we ran out of space to list the rest.
Kath is a member of the British Psychological Society including the Coaching Division, EFT International, Society of NLP and the International Coach Federation.
