Meet your Weight-Wise team!
Jen Clarke - with 16 years of experience as a pharmacist across community, hospital, and GP practices, she has always been passionate about educating others on their health, reducing medication burdens, and improving wellbeing. Her own health challenges and a desire to explore lifestyle medicine and nutrition led her to train in naturopathic nutritional therapyand health coaching. Combining her pharmaceutical expertise with a whole-person approach, she now helps others transform their health and take control of their wellbeing.
Claudia Le Feuvre, Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach, boasts 17 years of clinical experience and teaches at prestigious nutrition colleges. An experienced speaker passionate about accessible nutrition, she has guided hundreds through transformative weight loss journeys, reshaping their relationship with food.
Tim Harris is a Level 3+ Personal Trainer with advanced accreditation in injury treatment and pre- and post-natal fitness management. With years of professional experience, Tim has worked with clients of all ages, tailoring sessions to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals.
Passionate about empowering others, Tim believes in creating a supportive environment that encourages steady progress. His philosophy, "Progression not Perfection," emphasizes sustainable growth and achieving personal milestones, no matter the starting point.
Linda de Caestecker was a public health doctor for 30 years laterally as Director of Public Health in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, an area with major health challenges due to poverty and deprivation. She has retained a special interest in women’s health having had a clinical background in obstetrics and gynaecology. She is now enjoying working with Goldster on prevention and management of chronic conditions. She is also an adviser to Scottish Government and is a Board member of Community Justice Scotland and Glasgow City Mission.
