Goldster provides a complete system of preventive healthcare which is fun, and we are working together with NHS GPs to bring it to you.
Preventative healthcare is the next revolution in wellbeing and it is beginning on your doorstep. Joining Goldster not only costs you nothing, it also keeps you well and reduces the strain on the NHS. It turns the current top-down approach to medicine on its head and hands back control to you, the community.
This is the reason why Moray was chosen; it is a real community, one that can come together and help each other.
Goldster’s founder, Mike Reid, is a fellow Scot who runs a network of care homes for some of our most troubled youngsters. He recognised the community-spirit in Moray.
The moment you enter the Goldster site you will discover a vast array of videos, from yoga to art classes. Feel free to browse - you have access to them all and there are hundreds or hours for you to choose from. You won’t be alone, either - many Moray residents have already chosen to join us.
