"Hi, My name is Natalie, and my main aim is to bring the authenticity and tradition of Zumba alive, using core Latin moves and songs, with my motto being “no judging, just loving!” My classes use the best Spanish music, with the addition of a well known, “feel good” song making an appearance on the playlist.
Let me show you how Zumba can be a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. My Zumba classes are extremely easy to follow and great fun for all levels. I want every person to leave class feeling like they’ve attended the best fiesta in town. ¿ Bailar conmigo?
