Tai Chi was originally an outdoor activity in China – this class has been adapted for indoor practice so everyone can do it – even with limited space. The class starts with Walking up the Body, a. gentle warm up, then progresses to Tai Chi moves and forms - improving balance and the control of movement to make everyday function easier. Qi Gong exercises follow on from this, focussing on breathing and muscle relaxation. This class caters for all levels – everyone is welcome.
