Music and Mood Hub

Music can help unlock creativity and let the imagination run free. No limits, no right or wrong answers, just you, the music and your freedom of expression.

Music and Mood Hub

Join us for this weekly 1 hour session, where we will be exploring the ways in which we can use music to support our emotional wellbeing and mood. We will journey through different weekly reflective and creative methods including mindfulness, journaling, creative writing, art making, movement and more, alongside different pieces of music to enhance our connection to ourselves and the world around us.

“Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Nikkola and I use music to help promote wellness, personal growth and creativity.  I use a range of musical and creative techniques to help you improve your confidence, decrease any feelings of isolation, help you reduce anxiety and help you cope with the stresses that every day live can bring.

All my sessions are intimate, relaxed and provide a space safe for you to express your feelings in whatever way you are comfortable with.  My goal is for you to finish the class feeling positive, happy and ready to take on the world!"
