"Hi my name is Nicola and my morning yoga is perfect for anyone looking to begin their day connecting breath and movement in a mindful way to help soften tight muscles, ease joint pain, connect the body and mind at a peaceful, slower pace. A perfect bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary.  This class is appropriate for beginners or anyone working with injury, limited mobility, or simply prefer a gentler approach to yoga."

Benefits of Yoga, a multicomponent exercise, include:

Nicola Kent
Nicola has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching professionally since 2012. She has completed 500 hours of training studying with Yogacampus and ISHTA, and has since taken additional training with John Stirk, Gary Carter and Alan Finger to deepen her understanding and skill set. She is an experienced meditator and has completed training in Yoga Nidra and Restorative yoga. At the heart of yoga philosophy is the potential live our lives fully embodied and with a sense of peace and equanimity. Nicola has been exploring this potential in her own practice and spiritual path, and aims to teach in a way that enables others to access their inner wisdom and intuition. She teaches a mindful Hatha slow flow practice, and is guided by Auyvedic principals, to enhance health and wellbeing for her students . Nicola has also been working as a holistic therapist for over 20 years and has trained in Healing, Craniosacral therapy and Jin Shin Jyutsu. She specialises in working with acute and chronic physical ailments, as well as conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Her teaching integrates her understanding of the mind body connection, and helps facilitate a deeper awareness of ourselves.
