Chakra Yoga

Stretch your mind as well as your body with a gentle yet invigorating session. This course will focus each week on balancing energy centres and exploring the seven centres of spiritual power in the human body, promoting release, peace and harmony whilst strengthening and lengthening the muscles.

A well-rounded Chakra yoga practice is aimed at unblocking the Chakras so that the energy, i.e. your prana, can move freely through the body.

This ancient practice can help guide you to towards a better relationship, understanding and mastery over our own body, your senses and the mind.

Benefits of Yoga, a multicomponent exercise, include:

WHO recommends that people 65 years or older you should aim to do multicomponent exercise at least 3 times a week. If you are new to any exercise, start by doing small amounts and adjust how much you do based on your fitness and strength levels.
