"Hi, I’m Sarah and I have been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. Soon to celebrate my 50th birthday (2023) I feel healthier, happier and fitter both mentally and physically, than I have ever done at any time in my life, and it is all thanks to practicing Yoga.
I would love for you to share and benefit in the knowledge that I have attained and to feel the same. I studied my 200 hr YTT and my advanced 300 hr YTT with yogacourse.com and to them I owe the greatest gratitude for their inspiring and wonderful teachings. I am a certified/registered yoga alliance international advanced 500 hour yoga master, providing Hatha, Vinyasa , Yin yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra.
I very much believe in the saying "Do something you love and you’ll never work a day again in your life’" and I am passionate about offering the multitude of health benefits that can be gained from yoga to my audience, and hope to inspire Goldster members to connect with their body, mind and soul through breath & movement.
I will be providing a slow flowing Hatha Vinyasa class each Sunday afternoon, to stretch & strengthen, open & lengthen, restore & relax the body, mind & soul. I look forward to teaching you each week and welcome any questions and suggestions along our journey together 🙏 All you need is bare feet, an open mind and your breath.
