Yoga CBT

Keeping Calm with Yoga CBT

"Hello, we're Dr Manjit and Julie. Being Calm in our stressful lives takes practice! When we are stressed, over time, we all develop automatic responses in both our thoughts and our physical states. These reactions may also affect how we feel about ourselves, and the way that we communicate with others.

In these sessions, we'll help you learn and practice skills and strategies to help you change your automatic responses to stress and begin to gain greater resilience to face life's challenges. The yoga is very simple, accessible to almost everyone and is all done in chairs. No previous yoga experience is necessary."
