Join Ruth and David for a gentle and supportive class designed to help you explore and nurture your wellbeing through the power of writing.  Whether you are new to writing or simply looking for a way to reflect on what truly matters to you, this class offers a safe space to rediscover your voice.  Ruth will begin by supporting you to reminisce about meaningful moments and experiences, then David will guide you in expressing those memories on paper.  Through this process you'll not only uncover what is important to you but also learn how to use writing as a tool to expand your self-understanding and wellbeing.  No writing experience is needed, just open hearts and minds and a willingness to explore.  This space is for you to feel heard, understood and empowered as you take small, positive steps towards managing your health and wellbeing.
