Weight-Wise Psychology

The 90-day Beginners Weight-Wise programme aims to change habits and life by focusing on the psychological aspects of weight loss. The programme encourages participants to use their inner strength to take control of their weight and life, shedding emotional burdens and breaking the cycle of deprivation and weight gain. The goal is to empower, motivate, and energise participants, helping them establish lifelong healthy habits.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

An interactive weekly Weight-Wise Psychology class from Kath, with a private Facebook support group, where you can support each other, along with Kath’s input a couple of times each week, input from lovely Andy Yau, and gorgeous Jen Shackleton. You can also join Claudia Le Feuvre’s group, Weight-Wise Nutrition, which will add extra value to your journey.
