Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this event offers practical tools and evidence-based insights from leading specialists in the field.

 

Meet the host and speakers:

 

Jess – A wellbeing coach, yoga teacher, biomechanics coach, and master trainer for Holistic and Mind categories at Gymbox. Jess specialises in using breathwork for down-regulation, stress and anxiety management. Drawing on her wealth of experience, Jess will explore the science behind breathwork, share key research findings, and guide you through a calming practice.

 

Elena Hope – A lecturer, composer, and technical vocal expert with a background in physiotherapy. Elena combines her expertise in vocal performance and anatomy to create a unique approach to wellness. She will discuss thoracic expansion and its role in breathwork, offering insight into how the body’s mechanics can support deeper, more effective breathing.

 

Anisha Kotecha – A yoga teacher and breathwork practitioner with a degree in Biology. Anisha specialises in accessible, trauma-informed yoga techniques that support mental health and wellbeing for all. She will lead a gentle practice of Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and pranayama breathwork, offering tools to calm the mind and promote relaxation.
