In this Tai Chi class we will learn the 24 Form, Yang style. Our focus will be on relaxation of body and mind, enhancing flow and balance and improving coordination
Observing how we move and being in control of the movement will help us understanding our own body better. Listening to our movement and breath as we are practising Tai Chi we take time to observe and use techniques to improve how we feel. We relax muscles, mobilise joints, activate circulation. Breathing deeply will fill us with energy and calm us at the same time
