Positive Journaling

Start your morning with a journaling 'check-in' and reflective well-being space. Together we will take time to set intentions for the day and week ahead, unpick our thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly and gain some control of our emotional worlds.

Journaling

"Hi, I'm Nikkola, and in this class, you will be guided through a series of reflective journaling prompts as well as explore various journalling styles including bullet journaling, gratitude journals and more! We will integrate mindfulness exercises and grounding skills to support balance and wellbeing. Together we will pause, reflect and work to notice our needs so that we are more equipped to identify our stressors and meet ourselves with a compassionate and understanding response"

Journaling allows people to clarify their thoughts and feelings, thereby gaining valuable self-knowledge. It’s also a good problem-solving tool; oftentimes, one can hash out a problem and come up with solutions more easily on paper.

So bring your coffee, bring your best notebook and a pen and let’s get journaling.

All you need for class:

  • A journal (diary, notebook or paper)
  • A pen.
