2.45-3.15pm: Ross Duttson will demonstrate soothing facial yoga to relax and rejuvenate your facial muscles.
3.15-3.45pm: Ellie Foden will lead a session on breathwork and movement, helping you release tension and find your inner balance.
3.45-4.15pm: Jen Shackleton will guide you through havening, a gentle and effective method to reduce anxiety and promote emotional healing.
