 Pilates -  Strengthen your core and stand taller with exercises tailored to enhance mobility and stability, inviting you to rediscover your inner strength.

Resistance Training - Discover the power of gentle resistance as we guide you through exercises using bands and your body weight, with options for every comfort level.

Tai Chi -  Experience the flowing movements of Tai Chi, a graceful dance of balance, coordination, and tranquillity. It can be done seated or standing.

 

Our sessions are led by empathetic instructors and welcome beginners and those returning to fitness with open arms. Together, we'll take gentle steps towards greater mobility and holistic wellness.
