Daily life can take its toll on our minds with constant information overload from people, places, and technology. The mind cannot be controlled by the mind alone, therefore practices like meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises can welcome a more peaceful and clearer state of mind.
Through weekly one-hour sessions, we will work together to explore the key elements of mindfulness. These sessions are designed for both beginners and those with experience in mindfulness. You don’t need anything other than yourself, an internet connection, and an open mind."
