Each month Daniel’s massage classes will focus on different areas and topics as follows:
Week 1 – Friday – Total relaxation of the body; Saturday – Releasing neck and shoulders
Week 2 – Friday - Facial Massage; Saturday – Arms/Wrists
Week 3 – Friday – Legs; Saturday – All over energising/stimulating massage
Week 4 – Friday – Head and Neck; Saturday Miscellaneous massage including lymphatic drainage, myofasdcial release, active fascia stretching and releasing and hand work.
Week 5 – Goldster choice – Daniel takes requests.
