Here’s How It Works:
Duration: 15 minutes a day for 5 days.
When: Keep your eyes on the class schedule for times each day.
Led by: Clive & Jackie St James. The UK's leading laughter yoga couple.
How You’ll Feel: Complete a quick daily assessment to track how laughter transforms your mood.
What to Expect:
Dress Light: Santa hats optional, but leave the tight clothes and dodgy flying carpets at the door!
Hydrate: Keep a glass of water nearby – this is exercise, after all!
Take Care: If you’re recovering from an injury, stitches, or anything delicate, feel free to sit back, relax, and smile along. Your presence is what matters most!
