We will be exploring a few movements each week; seated alternatives will be available for all movements, as well any modifications and alternatives.

Pilates is a great way to improve strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility, and is essential for our pelvic floor health. It also increases proprioception, spatial awareness and helps connect with our breath.
