As a Musical Theatre performer, Emily turned to Pilates when she was looking for something to calm the mind and keep her body strong. She studied with Physical Mind Institute to become an instructor to share this fantastic movement form with others. Join Emily as she takes you through a 60-minute class that will connect you to your body and mind, lengthen and strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body and leave you feeling strong, centred, and ready for your day.
