Week 1:
Introduction to Lung Health and its connection to mental health Content: Discuss the anatomy and function of the lungs. Activities: Explore common respiratory conditions and their causes. Insights on lung and mind connection.

Week 2: Breathing techniques and mental health Content: Teach deep breathing exercises to improve lung capacity and mental health. Activities: Practice proper breathwork for lung and mind.

Week3: Smoking Cessation Content: Educate on the dangers of smoking and second-hand smoke. Activities: Provide resources and strategies for quitting smoking.

Week 4: Stress and Breathing Content: Explain the relationship between stress and breathing patterns. Activities: Teach relaxation techniques such as meditation and emotional freedom techniques to promote calm mind and easy breath.
