Dr David Reilly - an NHS Dr of over 40’s years who’s award -winning career spans doctor, teacher, researcher and academic. He is recognised internationally as a pioneering leader in health and wellness.
He raised early warnings about the rising tide of today’s pandemics of long-term conditions. He worked to find solutions for people without a straightforward medical drug or surgical fix. His approach has been shown in research to achieve significant long-term wellness enhancement for people and his pioneering work is credited with modelling the vision for the needed next wave of Public Health. Jen Shackleton – Jen is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, accredited by EFT International and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) expert. Jen will introduce you to tapping—an easy-to-learn, powerful tool for calming anxiety and releasing emotional blocks. Her approach is practical, gentle, and incredibly effective.
