“Hello, I’m Lindsay.  I am a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer, delighted to have the opportunity to share classical ballet techniques with you to improve your agility, stamina and energy levels.  Dance also helps you improve self-confidence and breathing technique, whilst being perfect for self-expression.

My class will focus on a series of creative movements and exercises to music, building up technique through the duration of the class.  The format is suitable for all levels and abilities and lots of modifications will be given to suit your individual needs.

I shall be basing my classes around classical ballet technique, allowing you to really enjoy moving your body in a moderate impact way.  My class is not only great for your physical body but your mental wellbeing too which I hope will leave you feeling uplifted and energised!”
