She instructs hatha, vinyasa flow, yin, pre and post-natal yoga, and provides tailored one-on-one sessions. As an intrinsic biomechanics coach™ and personal trainer, Jess customizes sessions to meet the unique needs of her diverse clientele. Furthermore, she serves as a registered Oxygen Advantage instructor, guiding both individuals and groups in optimizing overall wellness through functional breath-work coaching.

Currently, Jess holds the position of Holistic Master Trainer at Gymbox, where she plays a pivotal role in promoting well-being across all 12 of their London-based clubs.

Her career has been profoundly shaped by her creative background, particularly in musical theater.
