Meet the instructor Tom Keeling
Tom Keeling trained in meditation at the Centre of Excellence obtaining a Distinction in his Meditation Teacher Diploma and has taught Meditation, Wellbeing, Anger Management, Mindfulness, Self Awareness and Creativity courses in UK for the last 8 years. Originally trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama he also continues his work as a professional actor. Tom has both the practice and performance skills to deliver his authentic and light-hearted approach to meditation in which he always ‘blends the science with the spiritual’ in order to promote a genuine and balanced practice. He loves to laugh and likes to prove that meditation can be fun!
