This is a self-massage class loved by all our members.
"Hi, I'm Daniel and I will guide you through different massage techniques to work away tight muscles; get better sleep and reduce anxiety using self-massage."
Each month, Daniel's massage classes will focus on different areas and topics as follows:
- First Week of the Month
- Friday - Total relaxation of the body
- Saturday - Releasing neck & shoulders
- Second Week of the Month
- Friday - Arms/Wrists
- Saturday - Facial Massage
- Third Week of the Month
- Friday - Legs
- Saturday - All over energising/stimulating massage
- Fourth Week of the Month
- Friday - Head & neck
- Sat - Miscellaneous massage including lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, active fascia stretching and releasing and hand work
If there are 5 weekends in a month, the 5th will be “Goldster choice” where Daniel will be taking requests from Goldster members after the class.
