Nutrition Focus As well as using a nutritional approach to achieve optimum well-being, we share five recipes and show you how to cook them in the ‘Nutrition Chef’ class.
Nutrition Focus Class

"Hi, I'm Claudia the Goldster Nutritionist and I will discuss revelatory tips and tricks for managing your nutrition to achieve optimum wellbeing.

This is your chance to learn the real, up to date facts on how to incorporate healthy ingredients into your diet - the easy way.

Fridays are about focus.  We will focus on one key area and explore the detail on managing the condition with a nutritional approach. I shall also share five recipes which Jana will then cook in the 'Nutritional Chef' class on the following Tuesday.  So achieve a double whammy and go to both classes if you can!"

Meet the instructor Claudia Le Feuvre
Claudia le Feuvre is a Nutritional Therapist & Eating Psychology Coach. She has 14 years clinical experience helping clients with a wide range of health concerns and works at a private medical clinic. She teaches Eating Psychology to 4th year students at The British College of Nutrition & Health and The Nutritional Healing Foundation. An experienced public speaker, Claudia is passionate about making nutrition fun and inspiring. She has supported hundreds of people on their weight loss journeys and transformed their relationship with food. She lives in Gibraltar with her husband and two children. “Start your new beginning now.”
