Starting the 17th of October, Goldster's 21-day Calmer Life program uses the latest non-drug interventions in a live and interactive program to help you manage your stress, understand what help you cope and build resilience. The program, guided by renowned Health Coach Susan Saunders will help you find a place of calm, focus on the positive, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and help in self-improvement. Meet Susan Saunders
Renowned Health Coach, Susan Saunders, will run the group coaching sessions to find joy and inspiration, increase self-awareness, and set intentions, goals, and actions to help you maximize your wild swimming. Susan qualified as an advanced health coach at the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She has spent the last decade researching how to age well and is co-author of the best-selling book The Age-Well project and author of the Age-Well Plan. Through her coaching, she helps people across the world create healthy longevity for themselves. Susan will provide worksheets to accompany her lectures and coaching sessions which will be sent by email before the sessions.
