Ongoing chronic stress can have negative impacts on the body and mind which is why at Goldster we are offering the Calmer Life programme. This 3-week programme is aimed at supporting activities for the body, mind and soul aimed at finding and implementing ways to reduce the impact of stress.

Starting the 17th of October, Goldster's 21-day Calmer Life programme uses the latest non-drug interventions in a live and interactive programme to help you manage your stress, understand what help you cope and build resilience. The programme, guided by renowned Health Coach Susan Saunders will help you find a place of calm, focus on the positive, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and help in self-improvement. Let us help you develop your commitment to self-care and plans for long-lasting healthy habits

The  Goldster Calmer Life programme includes:

  • Three weeks of Goldster online classes via Zoom to choose from which include activities that have shown to reduce the sense of stress.
  • An online introductory lecture with Health Coach Susan Saunders providing information on the effects of stress and tools and tips on stress management on Monday 17th October at 4pm BST.
  • Three live and interactive 1-hour group coaching sessions with Susan Saunders via Zoom on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 27th  of October, and the Thursday 3rd of November at 4pm BST.
  • Science of Stress Masterclass with Dr Zara Quail on Wednesday 26th October at 10am BST
  • If you miss the coaching or lecture sessions, a recording will be sent to you the following day.
  • Weekday coaching, motivation, and feedback on a closed Facebook group.
  • Questionnaires and worksheets to look at factors for addressing stress.
  • Daily emails with class reminders and motivational quotes

Meet Susan Saunders

Renowned Health Coach, Susan Saunders, will run the group coaching sessions to find joy and inspiration, increase self-awareness, and set intentions, goals, and actions to help you maximize your wild swimming. Susan qualified as an advanced health coach at the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She has spent the last decade researching how to age well and is co-author of the best-selling book The Age-Well project and author of the Age-Well Plan. Through her coaching, she helps people across the world create healthy longevity for themselves. Susan will provide worksheets to accompany her lectures and coaching sessions which will be sent by email before the sessions.
