Ongoing chronic stress can have negative impacts on the body and mind which is why at Goldster we are offering the Calmer Life programmeme. This 3-week programme is aimed at supporting activities for the body, mind and soul aimed at finding and implementing ways to reduce the impact of stress.

Starting the 19th September, Goldster's 21-day Calmer Life programme uses the latest non-drug interventions in a live and interactive programme to help you manage your stress and understand what helps you to cope and build resilience. The programme, guided by renowned Health Coach Susan Saunders will help you find a place of calm, focus on the positive, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and help in self-improvement. The  Goldster Calmer Life programme includes:

  • Three weeks of Goldster online classes via Zoom to choose from which include activities that have shown to reduce the sense of stress.
  • An online introductory lecture with Health Coach Susan Saunders providing information on the effects of stress and tools and tips on stress management on Tuesday 20th September at 4pm BST.
  • Three live and interactive 1-hour group coaching sessions with Susan Saunders via Zoom on Thursday 22nd and 29th  of September, and the 6th of October at 4pm BST.
  • The "Science of Stress" lecture by the Goldster Clinical Scientific Research Lead Dr Zara Quail on Wednesday 28th of September at 4pm BST.
  • If you miss the coaching or lecture sessions, a recording will be sent to you the following day.
  • Weekday coaching, motivation, and feedback on a closed Facebook group.
  • Questionnaires and worksheets to look at factors for addressing stress.
  • Daily emails with class reminders and motivational quotes.


Meet Susan Saunders

Renowned Health Coach, Susan Saunders, will run the group coaching sessions to find joy and inspiration, increase self-awareness, set intentions and goals. Susan qualified as an advanced health coach at the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. She has spent the last decade researching how to age well and is co-author of the best-selling book The Age-Well project and author of the Age-Well Plan. Through her coaching, she helps people across the world create healthy longevity for themselves. Susan will provide worksheets to accompany her lectures and coaching sessions which will be sent by email before the sessions.
