What is Goldster?
Goldster is a unique solution for everyone wanting to get more out of later life. Goldster is a club full of diverse, stimulating and LIVE online classes, all researched and run by experts in healthy ageing. These activities are specifically designed to look after your mind, body and soul; the three key areas proven to make all the difference.
Why did you choose the name ‘Goldster’?
We chose ‘Goldster’ because it is memorable, confident and we believe it positively redefines what being older can be. ‘Goldster’ is like ‘youngster’, but gold.
Who owns Goldster?
Goldster is a brand of Care Visions Healthy Ageing – a leading healthcare organisation.
How is Goldster funded?
Goldster offers 30 days free trial to all members and then charges a fee of £9.99 per month thereafter. We have made every effort to choose a price point so we can afford to continue to run and grow the selection of classes, but price it in a way to make is as affordable and as accessible as possible.
Is Goldster only for older people? Is there an age range limit for members?
Goldster is open to everyone and anyone – we want our classes to be accessible to all. However, our classes are specifically designed for people over 55 years. Each class seeks to maintain cognitive, social and physical health as we age.
Can more than one person use my Goldster membership login?
A Goldster membership is for one login and one household and one device at a time. Login details can not be transferred across multiple households. You are able to use your same Goldster login with someone in the same house as you – as long as you do not try to join the same class with the same login and/or the same device.

How do I register for Goldster?
To register for a Goldster membership firstly, go to the Goldster website at https://goldster.co.uk/
You can either click ‘Register’ or ‘Try 30 Days Free’ and this will take you to the registration page where you will be asked to fill you details and set up an account. Then click next step which will take you to a page to fill in your payment details. Press confirm and your account will now be set up.
How much does Goldster cost?
Goldster offers 30 days free trial to all members and then charges a fee of £9.99 per month thereafter. Any other request of money is not us and should be queried with your bank as fraud.
We have made every effort to choose a price point so we can afford to continue to run and grow the selection of classes, but price it in a way to make is as affordable and as accessible as possible.
How can I pay for my Goldster membership?
After your 30-day free trial period, your membership fee of £9.99 per month can be paid by recurring debit from your credit or debit card.
Is your payment system secure?
Yes, our payment system is secure. The system we use is stripe and this what they say about their system: “Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.”
For the first 30 days we will not bill you and there after we will only bill you £9.99 a month. Any other payment should be queried as fraud and you should contact your bank.
Am I tied into a contract?
You are not bound by any contract. Your payment will be made on a monthly basis. However, you have the option to cancel at any time.
How do I update my payment details?
In order to update payment details your account, please go to the "My Account" section of the website, available here:
Click 'Manage Subscription' if you are a paying member or Pay Now' if you are still in your trial. You will then be taken to a page that says 'Billing' and on this page it will say payment method > add payment method. You can then add in your new payment method here and press add.
How do I cancel my Goldster Membership?
In order to cancel your account, please go to the "My Account" section of the website, available here:
Click on "Manage Subscription," if you are a paying member or "Pay Now," if you are still in your trial. You will then be taken to a page where you can cancel your subscription by clicking on “Cancel Plan.”
How do I login to Goldster?
To login to you to your account please go to the ‘Login’ section of the website, available here:
Please fill in your email and password and press login. Check that you have the right email and password combination. This is what you set up and used when creating your Goldster membership.
How do I reset my password?
To change your password please go to https://goldster.co.uk/account/login/
Then, click on the "Forgotten password? Click here." link. You will then be taken to page enter your email. You will then be sent an email to you click with a link to reset your password together with an authentication code to enter on the website when prompted.
Please make sure you use the correct and most up to date authentication. The authentication code will time out if you don’t use it in a timely manner. If it does timeout please start the password resetting process again.
What sort of classes do you host on Goldster?
Goldster offers over 300 live, interactive online classes every month, run by experienced and certified tutors. Some of our most popular classes include: Tai chi, Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Nutrition, Book Club, Singing, Acting, Massage, Reflexology, Painting & Drawing and Art.
How do you choose the classes and tutors on Goldster?
We make every effort to provide a diverse, stimulating range of interactive classes which stretch you physically and cognitively but also provide fantastic social interaction and enjoyment. All our tutors are selected from hundreds of applicants and require high standards of experience and certification to join Goldster.
How do I know if a class is right for me?
The best thing you can do is try it! Take advantage of the 30 day free trial period and go to as many classes as you can. We also provide a detailed description for each class and indicate the experience level required, if there is one. In the majority of classes our tutors cater for all levels and abilities.
Do I need to book the classes?
There is no need to make a booking for our classes. All you have to do is show up for the lesson when it is scheduled.
You may create a personal reminder for the class to remind you when it is scheduled to begin.
How do I access the Goldster classes?
The classes are all held on Zoom and are live.
If you go to the all classes page, you will see a timetable for all of the classes. You just need to go to the class page at the scheduled time access them.
All classes page > find class you want to join > click join now. You also set a reminder > class page > click on ‘click here to join class’ > zoom class will pop up
What is Zoom and how does it work?
All our classes are live and broadcasted on Zoom. You will then need to download Zoom to access our classes.
Zoom is a video conferencing software that enables our presenters to connect and present their classes on screen to our Goldster Members. You can read more about Zoom here.
If you have not used Zoom before, when first trying to join a Goldster class, you will receive a prompt to download Zoom to your device. You will need to download it to your phone, tablet or laptop. Some devices give the option to join Zoom in your web browser.

How do I download Zoom client for meetings?
You can download Zoom Client for Meetings to your computer, laptop, tablet or phone at the following Zoom link.
What do I do if I cannot login or I get an error message?
If you cannot login or you get an error message on trying to login, please follow the guidance on screen otherwise contact email@example.com explaining the issue and pasting the error message into an email.

How do I provide feedback or report a problem to Goldster?
