Anna is a trained Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with a Distinction from The Coaching Academy, specialising in confidence and emotion management.
The class will include breath work, journalling, goal and intention setting and motivation to help you to cultivate, nurture and embrace a healthy and positive mindset. You can ask Anna questions about your goals and how to inject that "Va Va Voom" to get them off the ground. It will focus on aligning self-care with your ambitions and targets to create healthy routines, more confidence and a happier you!
