  • Increase muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of your body)
  • Improve physical coordination and balance
  • Enjoy and explore a deep mind body through the engagement of the breath

Everyone is welcome to this class - whether you are starting Pilates for the first time, or at a more advanced level. Modifications are given throughout and specifics can be requested using the chat box once inside the live lesson
