"Hi, I'm Jude and whether you are an experienced Pilates follower or brand new to this whole-body low-impact form of fitness, this is the class for you. I believe that movement is key for health, wellbeing and a balanced life. My aim is to create a calm and friendly space, where you can discover how to move well, breathe better, feel stronger and become more confident about your body, as safely and as quickly as possible.
In this class we shall focus on areas to:
- Reduce stress and improve energy levels
- Increase flexibility and mobility
- Develop core strength
- Improve your posture."
The Pilates classes will rotate each week through a 6-week plan as follows:
- Breathing and core (week commencing 4 Oct 2021)
- Spine (week commencing 11 Oct 2021)
- Pelvis, hips and gluteals (week commencing 18 Oct 2021)
- Neck and shoulders (week commencing 25 Oct 2021)
- Legs, ankles and feet (week commencing 1 Nov 2021)
- Arms, wrists and hands (week commencing 8 Nov 2021)
