Age Well Learn you how to make the changes - large and small - that support healthy ageing. Delve into the power of diet, exercise, purpose, sleep, social engagement and environment to help you age well and get the most of out of your life.
The Age Well Class

In each class, Susan will draw on her extensive research into longevity and her experience as a health coach to give you the tools you need to live your own age-well life. She'll show you how to make the changes - large and small - that support healthy ageing. She'll delve into the power of diet, exercise, purpose, sleep, social engagement and environment to help you age well. She'll empower you with the scientific knowledge, motivation  and mindset you need so you can look after your body and give yourself the best chance of ageing well. At the end of every class Susan will link her knowledge to the Goldster classes which can help you the most on your journey.

Meet the instructor Susan Saunders
Susan Saunders is a health coach, writer and TV producer. She's spent the last decade researching how to age well and is co-author of the best-selling book The Age-Well Project, and author of The Age-Well Plan: The 6-Week Programme to Kickstart a Longer, Healthier, Happier Life. Through one-to-one coaching, workshops and classes, she helps people across the world create healthy longevity for themselves. Susan's determination to age well grew from a family tragedy. She spent 12 years caring for her mum, who had severe dementia. As a teenager, she’d watched her mum going through the same thing with her mother. She's spent years studying scientific data on healthy ageing, qualifying as an advanced health coach with the prestigious Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and overhauling her own health. Now she wants to share that knowledge with you.
