"Hi, I'm Nick. Let me help you wind down at the end of a busy day by gaining a wonderful sense of calm, peace and balance which can benefit both your emotional well-being and overall health.

In this meditation, let me guide you through 30 minutes of relaxation and wonder, to set you up for a tranquil evening."

Meet the instructor Nicholas Stuart
Nick Stuart is a young leading-edge life coach and meditation teacher. He has studied in both NLP and timeline therapy coaching alongside meditation, and has a unique style to his way of teaching that makes people feel relaxed yet inspired. He cannot wait to help bring all the magic of mindfulness to his classes and show everyone how individually they have the power to create a great mindset. Nick has a BA (Hons) Dance and Theatre Performance, a Practitioner Diploma in Meditation Teaching and is an NLP and Timeline Therapy Coach. "Everyone is unique, and that is our power."
